Who do we work with?
We work with Beacon Supported Housing C.I.C to provide our service users with suitable accommodation. The team at Beacon Supported Housing C.I.C have extensive experience in the Specialist Supported Housing sector. They offer property sourcing and maintenance, as well as advice, regular inspections and out of hours services.

Beacon Supported Housing C.I.C. provides supported housing specifically designed to meet the needs of the individual service user, relating to a learning disability, acquired brain injury, physical/sensory disability or mental illness. Once a suitable property has been identified, Beacon Supported Housing CIC take the lease out directly with the owner and then sublets it to our service users on a six-month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Beacon Supported Housing CIC guarantees all rent and deposits are paid in full. The rent paid by the tenant will be covered by Housing Benefit if they are eligible, or from other funds provided for housing. Beacon Supported Housing CIC will work closely with the proposed tenant, their support provider, families, landlords and social services to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
