With a background in police recruitment, Chloe continues to pursue her passion for recruitment within Children’s Services, a safeguarding-focused field she cares deeply about. She is committed to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.

With over 12 years in care, Krista began at Keyline Care, progressing through various roles. Her dedication and deep understanding support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and challenging behaviours.

CIPD Level 5 qualified, Katie leads on all people-related matters, bringing experience in HR strategy and operations. Katie is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where wellbeing and compliance are prioritised.

I oversee social media, content, and marketing, focusing on brand consistency, creative design, and a clear voice. I manage platforms, websites, and visual identity to drive engagement and growth.

With seven years of experience in the care sector, served as a Support Worker and Senior Support Worker in residential and supported living settings. Eagerly pursuing the new challenge of becoming a Service Manager.
