Leading Keyline's Maintenance Team, he combines expertise with a strong understanding of safeguarding, ensuring Ofsted- and CQC-regulated homes remain safe, secure, welcoming, and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsible for curriculum oversight, staff leadership, and program development for children and young people up to age 17. Strong leadership, safeguarding awareness, strategic planning, and educational management expertise.

After 19 years gaining clinical and administrative expertise in the NHS, Julie is returning to her dedicated social work focus on young people - the field where her heart truly lies.

Passionate about property maintenance, Jamie enjoys supporting the upkeep of safe and secure homes. With Keyline's support, he continues to grow his skills and learn something new every day.

An experienced maintenance professional, Kris takes pride in creating safe and secure homes while sharing his knowledge and skills with his son, Oliver, as they work together at Keyline.

Dan manages accounts and staff payroll, supports teams with financial planning, and ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day finance operations. He brings extensive experience from working in finance.

Reece is Head of Children’s Services at Keyline Care, with extensive experience in residential childcare, leadership, and service development. From frontline to management roles, he creates nurturing environments where young people thrive, deeply informed by his own lived care experience.

With over 8 years of experience in psychology and mental health, Nidhi is an Assistant Psychologist dedicated to supporting children, young people, and adults with complex needs through compassionate, evidence-based care.

With a background in police recruitment, Chloe continues to pursue her passion for recruitment within Children’s Services, a safeguarding-focused field she cares deeply about. She is committed to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.

With experience across maintenance, decorating, landscaping, and repairs, Steve enjoys the variety of his role and values the opportunities Keyline provides to develop new skills and expertise.

Developing his maintenance skills through hands-on experience, Oliver enjoys working alongside his dad, Kris, learning the trade while helping to create safe and welcoming homes for residents.

CIPD Level 5 qualified, Katie leads on all people-related matters, bringing experience in HR strategy and operations. Katie is passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where wellbeing and compliance are prioritised.

Lucy has worked across a variety of specialised settings. She is currently overseeing the Workforce Development of our teams in both Children's and Adults services, sharing her knowledge and experiences through inductions, qualifications and specialised training.
