Keyline Care is proud to announce the launch of our expanded therapeutic children’s services across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

As we open multiple therapeutic children’s homes across the East Midlands, our commitment remains clear: every child deserves a home that understands them, supports them and offers the foundations for long-term healing and growth.

We provide a therapeutic pathway for children who deserve a future built on safety, stability and possibility.

A Therapeutic Community Built Around Each Child

Our homes are grounded in the Keyline Therapeutic Programme, a relationship-led model that integrates DDP, PACE, and TF-CBT to support emotional recovery and deep relational healing.

Every part of our practice is shaped by curiosity, connection and consistency. We view behaviour as communication, and every interaction is considered therapeutic in its own right.

Alongside this sits our ANCHOR ethos, which guides how we present ourselves to children. We remain attuned to their emotions, nurture trust, offer consistency, support the whole child, hold hope when life feels heavy, and build safety through meaningful, sustained relationships.

A Full Wraparound Pathway From Childhood to Adulthood

Keyline Care provides a seamless, connected pathway that allows children to remain with us as their needs evolve. This continuity is one of our greatest strengths and sets us apart from many other children’s services in Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands.

We provide:

  • Solo Therapeutic Homes For children with high-acuity needs requiring intensive therapeutic care, structured emotional support and a calm, stabilising environment.

  • 2–3 Bed Therapeutic Homes

For children ready to build safe peer relationships, practise social skills and develop independence.

  • Step-Down Pathways

Children can transition smoothly from solo care to small group settings, maintaining the same therapeutic foundations throughout.

  • Semi-Independent Living

For older young people preparing for early adulthood, with support aligned to developmental and emotional readiness.

  • Supported Living

For young adults still requiring structured care, ensuring continuity, dignity and stable guidance into adulthood.

This pathway reflects one core principle: Children should not have to start again. Keyline Care provides stability across every stage of healing, growth and preparation for independence.

Every Avenue of Care Covered, Every Child Held With Purpose

Our structure reflects real-life complexity. Whether a child requires intensive one-to-one therapeutic work, peer-based relational development, or supported steps toward adulthood, Keyline offers a home at every stage.

Children’s journeys are not linear, and healing rarely occurs in a straight line

We are proud to be able to say:

We have a place for you now. We have a place for you as you grow. And we will still have a place for you when you are ready for independence.

This is what defines Keyline Care - more than therapeutic children’s homes, we offer a therapeutic journey.

New Alternative Provision Opening in 2026

Trauma-Informed Education for Children and Young People

In February 2026, we will launch a specialist alternative education provision designed to further extend our trauma-informed pathway. This new setting will provide personalised learning, therapeutic support and structured opportunities for educational achievement.

Personalised learning, therapeutic support and structured opportunities

This development will be especially valuable for children placed in our Lincolnshire care homes, Nottinghamshire children’s services and Leicestershire therapeutic homes, providing consistent education that reduces transitions and supports long-term progress.

Homes Opening Across the East Midlands

Our expansion across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire represents a significant step forward for local authorities seeking high-quality, specialist therapeutic care for children. Each home is designed with purpose-built spaces, staffed by trained professionals and grounded in a culture of emotional safety.

Every home is more than just a child placement; It is a fresh start, a secure base and a place where children learn that they truly matter.

Proudly Walking Beside Children Every Step of the Way

From a child’s most vulnerable moments to their first steps into adulthood, Keyline Care provides unwavering support, trauma-informed practice and professional excellence across every phase of their journey.

We are proud to walk beside them.

We believe in each child’s future. We believe in their potential. And we are proud to walk beside them, one steady step at a time.
