Commissioners & ICB Teams: Finding a care partner you can trust
Finding a care partner that balances clinical excellence with a truly person-centred approach is a significant challenge for commissioners and social care professionals.
At Keyline Care, we bridge that gap by providing high-quality, CQC-rated ‘Good’ adult services and Ofsted-registered therapeutic children’s residential care across the Midlands.
Based in Nottinghamshire, we have built a reputation as one of the best supported living providers in the Midlands, offering a seamless wraparound pathway from childhood to adulthood. Our mission is simple: to ensure that every individual, regardless of the complexity of needs, has a secure base to thrive.
We are actively looking to connect with Commissioners & ICB Teams:
To ensure the best outcomes for those in our care, we are seeking to strengthen our partnerships with:
Commissioners & ICB Teams: Seeking robust, cost-effective, and high-standard placements.
Hospital Discharge Coordinators: Facilitating safe, rapid transitions from clinical settings to community-based care.
Social Workers & Healthcare Professionals: Looking for a provider that understands complex trauma and neurodiversity.
Local Authorities: In Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, and across the UK.
Housing & Supported Accommodation Partners: To expand our reach in providing high-quality independent living environments.

Adults & Children's Services:

A Specialist Therapeutic Pathway for Children
Our Children’s Therapeutic Residential Care is grounded in the Keyline Therapeutic Programme. We integrate evidence-based models, including DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy), PACE, and TF-CBT, to support emotional recovery.
We understand the pressures on local authorities regarding emergency care placements in the UK. Our services are designed to offer stability for children with high-acuity needs, including those with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges and autism.
Hot News: Keyline Care Education Centre. We are expanding our commitment to children’s services with our new Alternative Provision. This trauma-informed educational setting will support young people who struggle in mainstream education by providing a curriculum that combines academic learning with essential life skills.

Excellence in Adult Supported Living
Keyline Care is a premier provider of supported living for adults with autism, adhd, mental illness, learning difficulties, disabilities, and brain injuries in Nottingham and the wider Midlands.
Our adult services are focused on person-centred care, ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs can lead fulfilling, independent lives.
As a CQC-rated care agency accepting referrals, we provide:
Independent living support for learning disabilities.
Home care services for complex needs, including 24/7 specialist support.
Transition-to-adulthood pathways that ensure young people in our residential homes can step down into our supported living services without losing their support network.

Why Commissioners & ICB Teams Should Consider Partnering With Keyline Care?
We forge genuine partnerships with families, local authorities, healthcare providers, and all relevant teams. Our skilled team brings decades of collective experience and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
